remains my favorite among the on-line dream-sharing vehicles. Sometimes wild and wacky, it
is always fresh and vital and most of the people who post are generous with their insights
and experiences and make genuine efforts to help "newbies" in search of
guidance.
alt.dreams.lucid
focusses on experiences of conscious dreaming and suggestions for facilitating dream
lucidity.
alt.out-of-body
is a gathering of experiencers (and would-be experiencers) of journeys beyond the body,
which sometimes generates interesting discussions of the nature of nonordinary reality and
the multidimensional universe.
The ASD Bulletin Board
Often contains lively discussion of current research and theories about dreaming. However,
ASD policy discourages the sharing or interpretation of individual dreams at this forum.
