You are invited to enter the temple of dream healing, in a beautiful location on the Aegean shore where, over many centuries, people followed a tradition of seeking direct contact with the sacred guide and healer for the renewal of body and soul. You will come ready to dream deep. At the outer gate of our temple, you will be helped to release yourself from the burden of old histories and old mindsets, as the snake sheds its skin. You will be coached to enter the sacred night with your best intentions, and to let the speaking land communicate with you by day in its own language of symbol and synchronicity. You will find yourself nourished and supported by a community of questing, creative spirits as you master techniques of self-healing that are as ancient as Asklepios and his daughters Hygeia and Panacea, and as cutting-edge as the imaginal medicine of our bright future. You’ll learn how to harvest personal imagery for healing; how to connect with spiritual teachers and animal spirits; and how to bring home parts of your vital soul energy that may have gone missing. You’ll travel to other times and other dimensions in the way of the dream shamans. You’ll discover how the issues and dramas of your present life may be connected to those of personalities in other times – and that Now is truly the point of power, so that choices you make now can bring healing for all. We’ll celebrate and embody our shared experiences through spontaneous ritual, performance, theater, drawing, poetry, song and storytelling. You’ll claim your power to be the healer of your own life and the shaman of your own soul. THE
TEMPLE OF DREAM HEALING
Our
field of dreams: We will be staying in the beautiful little
seaside village of Guzelcamli on the west coast of Turkey. It’s a
place touched by the wings of history and nourished by myths. It’s
the site where the Ionian sanctuary, the Panionium was located. The
magnificent archeological sites of Ephesus, Priene, Didymia, and
Aphrodisias are all within reach. The village borders on the Dilek
national park with its breathtaking scenery and beaches.
